Today

The first thing I did when I woke up this morning was cut out the little squares in the paper. I cut them all out and put them in a bag.

Then this morning Wyatt and I looked for grasshoppers to kill.

I stepped on one and when I took my shoe off of him he was waving at me.

Did anyone else do those things today?

4

I turned 4 a long time ago. Here are some pictures of my birthday.
I didn't want to see my cake until it was on the table.

I liked my rainbow cake.

Wyatt before his haircut. He liked my cake too.

I liked all my presents.
Mom sees this pictures and tells me to stop growing up.

Wyatt played with snap braceletes during my party.

Aunt Sara and I have the same birthday. We both had our names on the cake.

On my birthday, we went to the children' museum with my cousins.

Now I'm 4! I've been telling people I was 4 for a long time, so now it's true.

I loved it. Wyatt didn't.

Train Ride

We took a ride in that train yesterday. They made the cars stop on the road so we could get on it. It went from Big Springs to Ogallala and then we went backwards and went back to Big Springs.

Mom learned that it takes a train a mile to stop and that a train hitting a car is like a car hitting a pop can.

Wyatt is very excited about trains right now. He sees train tracks on the road and shouts, "Ober 'em!" [Over them]. He sees the train sign and shouts, "X! X! X!"  He sees a red and white striped pole in my Robin Hood book and thinks of a train [because of the crossing arms] and if he sees a train he shouts, "TRAIN!"

Thanks for the tickets Tara!
