Cookies!

We had friends come over to make cookies. I learned how to roll out cookie dough and use cookie cutters all by myself.

While mom talked, the little girls worked.

 

 Everyone had fun putting on the sprinkles.

What I Wore Wednesday (To the Post Office)

-Mom told me I had to put on some pants. I like to wear shorts when I'm inside. I asked her if I could wear warm pajamas. She said yes. She was surprised I put on my tinkerbell footy pajamas.
-I found a pair of my cousin's old boots. Mom said they were on the wrong feet but we left them that way.
-I had to bring along my new Bible that my babysitter gave me. I like to read it when I'm going to bed. I can find the word 'angel' in Luke 2.

My Singing

My mom has a fun toy from work. We like to make movies with it because we can watch ourselves. That's why I'm showing you so many movies of our singing lately.

Sometimes I like to make up some songs. Here I made up some songs about alphabet puzzle pieces.


I also know some songs that I didn't make up.

Most of the songs are from Steve Green's Hide 'Em In Your Heart CD's. We listen to them all the time. We get in the car and the first thing we say is "Mom, put on Let the Little Children Come!"

Wyatt Update

Wyatt is still into trains. "I love train tracks!" is still what he says every time we go over the train tracks.

He's also started to like to cutting and coloring. I have to share my markers and scissors.

What We Do Before We Go To Bed

Sleeping

Mom and Dad put Wyatt and I to bed in our beds. They went downstairs, so when I got scared I got in bed with Wyatt.

We slept there all night.

Little Things

I like to keep little things.

My mom likes to throw them away.

Jet

Marian takes Jet on walks. She let me take him on a walk too.

He's just my size.

Painting

Daddy let me help him paint! He drew a line and I had to stay inside the line. He said I did a good job and let me help paint the legs of Wyatt's new bed.

I ask him all the time now if I can paint. Wyatt didn't get to paint, but he asked Daddy at supper once if he could paint. 

Pumpkin Patch

We went to a pumpkin patch with Grandma Carol. The first time we got there we had to leave because our tire had air coming out of it, but we got to go back after we got it fixed.

 I found A LOT of little tiny pumpkins.

Mom and Grandma found a lot of big pumpkins.

Now I'm having fun playing with the all little pumpkins that we brought home.

Shape People

Mom saw this idea on someone else's blog. I made a person and some towers. My person had to put their arm down so it didn't hit the tower. Wyatt didn't like touching the glue, so he just told mom where he wanted them to go and patted them.

Harvest

For fun last night we went to ride with daddy. I really wanted to ride in the combine with Uncle Brent but someone was already with him. Since Aunt Amy was there, I was happy to go ride in the tractor with her and her dad. I'm afraid to ride with her dad by myself even though Wyatt isn't. See my puppy? I take him every time we go to help pick corn.

Wyatt stayed in the truck with Daddy and Mommy.

New Friends

Wyatt and I made some new friends.

We had so much fun! Playing with them made me so tired I had no trouble falling asleep in the car. Plus I try hard to sleep in the car now because if I sleep in the car then I don't have to take a nap when I get home.
